My Italian mother in laws cooking is a prime example. Her tried-and-true recipes are imbued with so much loving intention that the taste is so much more scrumptious. You can literally taste love in her delicious dishes.

LADY OF AVALON 

Also known as Viviane or Nimuë, the Lady of the Lake is the water goddess that presides over the mythical Isle of Avalon in the area now known as Glastonbury in England. She was a very dutiful and loyal guardian of the sacred waters of Avalon. As a wise fairy queen, water witch and enchantress, her seductive gifts enticed many powerful royal and mystical lovers. Her priorities are ruling, protecting and sustaining the magical essence of Avalon.  

Invoke the Lady of the Lake for this ritual; simply invite her to your sacred tea party. Her presence will imbue your ritual with magical healing properties. 

RITUAL: AVALON TEA CEREMONY 

This is a simple yet potent ritual to instil new beginnings with wisdom. 

To connect with the energies of the Red Spring, sip rooibos or red floral tea for restoration and longevity. Drink white or chamomile tea to work with the energies of the White Spring for new beginnings, purification and to realise your divinity. Prepare your tea with loving intention and make a toast to your inner wise sage before taking your first sip.
