Energetically link to Mama Earth and feel her heartbeat pulse up through your spine and chakras, aligning your multi-dimensional bodies. With your palms facing the hallowed ground below, say with intention:
I AM one with the Earth Mother.
Raise your hands to the prayer position at your heart centre. Smile blissfully, feeling the warmth in your heart, and say with real heart:

Softly close your eyes and bow your head. Place your hands in the prayer position at your third eye and say:
