One of my favourite memories of space holding happened during a sacred sisterhood circle at the beach. The breeze was gentle, the women gathered in quiet anticipation. I opened with a simple breath and a blessing, and something shifted. One by one, stories flowed—not because I asked, but because the space invited them. That’s the magic. When we hold space with grace, people remember their own medicine.
Sovereignty: Teaching from Embodied Truth
There’s a moment in every guide’s journey when borrowed language no longer fits. For me, it was during a retreat when I realised, I didn’t need to quote anyone—I could speak from my own soul. Sovereignty is that shift. It’s teaching from lived wisdom, not rehearsed scripts. It’s trusting that your truth, shaped by experience and intuition, is enough.

Energetic hygiene is non-negotiable. Clear your field before and after.
Honour boundaries. Honour consent. Honour the mystery.
And always—share only when invited.
Psychic and mediumship insights are sacred transmissions, not casual offerings. I’ve learned to wait for the soul’s clear yes before speaking into someone’s field. No readings on the hop, no intuitive downloads dropped mid-conversation. I honour the ritual of preparation, presence, and energetic consent. When the invitation is explicit, the transmission lands with grace. When it’s assumed, it can feel like an intrusion. Our words are medicine—administered with care, not urgency.
Sacred space isn’t reserved for rituals—it’s needed everywhere. I’ve held space in boardrooms, beach walks, and even checkout lines. Once, a woman behind me in line shared a story about her daughter.
