First, still the personality field. Breathe into your heart and let all roles dissolve.

Then enter the zero point, a luminous void, black velvet speckled with stars.

Feel yourself suspended in timelessness. No past. No future. Only now.

Next, open the crown gate. Imagine a crystalline lotus blooming at your crown.

Whisper: “I open to Source. I receive.” 

Then attune to the frequency of truth.

Ask: “What is true beyond all illusion?” Let the answer arise, not from thought, but from resonance.

Now, receive the download.

Let words, images, codes, or silence flow.

Don’t interpret. Don’t edit. Simply receive.

And finally, anchor the transmission.

Write, speak, or draw what came.

Seal it with gratitude: “I honour what was given.”
